Ordering Online

1. Using search facility to the left search enter keywords or product codes that reflect the product(s) you are looking to purchase & hit search, for more detailed searches select ADVANCED SEARCH, this will allow you to search by CATEGORY, MANUFACTURER, PRICE etc.
2. Browse through categories listed also on the left hand side of the page and select product(s) you are looking to purchase.
3. You may also have entered the site using a search engine meaning you will have landed on the product page you require.

Step 2 (Shopping Basket)
Adding items to the basket could not be easier a large green BUY button located directly next to the product image and below the description, click this button and in a few short seconds the products will be added to a basket to the top right of the page.

Select VIEW/EDIT to see a detailed, amendable list of products in your basket. You can amend quantities, enter promotional codes and check delivery costs in this area also. When you are happy with your order select GO TO CHECKOUT to go through to the address entering areas before a final check of what is in your basket.

Step 3 (Address Detail)
When asked to enter the address details please ensure that the BILLING ADDRESS entered matches exactly to the address that your bank statement is sent to (for fraud protection reasons).

You can have your goods delivered throughout the UK (although delivery charges may vary)

Step 4 (Order Processing)
Once all the above have been completed you will be forwarded to our payment facility where you will asked simply just to enter your card details once all compulsory boxed have been complete click AUTHORISE to make the payment.

Step 5 (What’s Next?) You will receive an email detailing your order and details regarding delivery.
